Holiday flat in wooden blockhouse circa 85 m² with separately
stairway outside and bolcony for up to 5 people / living space with
kitchen and dining tabel, Sat-Television / 1bedroom with a twin
and a single bed, 1 twin bedroom / bathroom with shower, bath tub
and lavatory / san bathing area, close to the Forrest.


In our holiday flat smoking and bringing animals is not allowed.


In close proximity you can find: skiing (Mölltaler Gletscher and
Ankogel), cross country skiing (Seebach- and Tauerntal in Mallnitz),
go hiking, (hiking with snowshoes), riding,swimming, play tennis
and more.


Prices per night: From January 2025 Summer: May to Sept_________Winter: Oct to April 1 to 3 people   85 EUR_______ 1 to 3 people   95 EUR with 4 people 102 EUR______  with 4 people 112 EUR with 5 people 119 EUR_______with 5 people 129 EUR _______Plus final cleaning of 50 EUR________ The prices include all additional costs such as tourist tax, Linen and towels included. When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost.
