Bauernhaus & Appartement Goldschmied

Our farmhouse and the Goldschmied apartment are located in Fügenberg at the heart of the Zillertal and offer lots of room for family and friends!

The farm and the apartment are situated in a quiet, idyllic area at the game enclosure in Fügenberg and offer accommodation for up to 12 people.
The hiking areas of Hochfügen and Spieljoch can be reached by car. Alternatively there is also a bus, which stops only 15 minutes away and can be reached on foot. The centre of Fügen with shopping facilities, restaurants and station is about 5 minutes by car.

Our two-story Goldschmied farmhouse is equipped with a generous kitchen, dining corner, a cosy living room with tiled stove and TV, 4 bedrooms, shower/tub/WC, washing machine and sauna (open at 3.00 p.m. till 9.00 p.m.). Our Goldschmied apartment has its own entrance and offers a living room with couch and satellite TV, a fully furnished eat-in kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, wood furnace, a generous bathroom with shower/WC and a washing machine. No spices/vinegar/oil are available.

Both accommodations have central heating and a wood furnace. Fire wood for the furnaces is, of course, provided. The central heating does not work between April and November. Bed linen and towels can be rented for a small fee and parking is possible on site. Bed-linen is provided. Please bring your own towels & dish towels. Enjoy the wonderful panorama of Erste Ferienregion Zillertal from our roofed terrace directly in front of the house.

In summer, Erste Ferienregion Zillertal offers a broad spectrum of activities, such as hiking, bicycling, paragliding or swimming at Therme Fügen with large spa area and sauna that you can also enjoy on colder days.

Our Goldschmied farmhouse and apartment is also ideally suited for your winter holidays. The wonderful skiing area of Hochfügen - Hochzillertal with 90,7 km kilometers of slopes can be reached in only 15 minutes and the Spieljochbahn with 21,1 kilometers of slopes in 5 minutes by car. Your special plus: As our house guests you receive a price reduction in our Kostenzer ski rental and the Kostenzer ski school in Fügen and Hochfügen.

We don’t accept any maestro or credit cards. live in a traditional old Tyrolean farmhouse from the 16th century; some of the original doors and doors still exist.
Low doors that make up the cozy ambience at the old farmhouse. for the greater comfort of our guests we have expanded another bathroom on the upper floor into the barn area.
As the buildings had different heights, the structural and constructional characteristics meant that there was only a low passage from the corridor to the bathroom.
