On a sunny south-facing slope of Bad Kleinkirchheim you will stay in our guesthouse just a few steps away from the Roman bath and the Kaiserburg cable car. In winter our house is also very close  to the cross-country trail and to the flow trail in summer. From winter 2020/21 you will have the opportunity to test the new built Rollbob roller coaster only few minutes away from our door. All rooms and our holiday apartment have cable TV and W-Lan. Some rooms have a balcony or terrace.   From April to October, the Kärnten Card is included in the price. It comprises many free benefits and reductions all over Carinthia, including free use of the local cable cars. From 04 January to 06 March 2020, a 6-day skipass for a child up to 12 years old is available direct at the hotel for EUR 6,00 if at least one accompanying adult buys a 6-day ski pass for the Bad Kleinkirchheim-St. Oswald Ski Area. In the "Ski wellness weeks" from 04 January to 31 January 2020 and from 29 February to 06 March 2020 the guest become when they buy a Bad Kleinkirchheimer Skipass for 3 days one 4 hour entrance to the Termal Römerbad free. When you buy a 4 day skipass there are two 4 hours entrance included. When you buy a 6 days skipass there are three entrance in the Thermal Römerbad free.
