Spend your holidays in our family-run Haus Sarah in Neustift in the Stubaital that offers spacious and comfortable rooms with a balcony or a cozy apartment, panoramic views of the Stubai Alps, as well as of the surrounding scenery. Our central and quiet location in the picturesque Neder, just 20 minutes walk from Neustift, offers you a pizzeria within walking distance. Cafés and supermarkets can be found in Neustift and Kampl. The free ski bus to the Stubai Glacier stops just 3-minute walk (200 m) from Haus Sarah. We are a non-smoking house. For after-hours catering, there are vending machines at the Pizzeria Salute. Comfort rooms At Haus Sarah we have 4 comfort rooms with balcony, a vestibule and a large wardrobe on offer. Relax in the comfortable pull-out sofa bed or on your sunny balcony with wicker chairs and sun chairs. In your double room you can rest on comfortable and allergy-neutral bedding with comfort mattresses. Guests can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet with crispy rolls and pastries from the regional bakery, cereals, jam, sliced sausages, cheese as well as fresh fruit and recharge their energy for an eventful day. We are happy to provide a child seat, cot and toys for your children. Our lounge/breakfast room invites you to eat your own snacks in cosy atmosphere or to spend sociable evenings with family and friends. On southern side of our Haus Sarah you will find a wonderful sun terrace with traditional benches and a lawn with comfortable sun loungers, allowing you to enjoy the incomparable nature in the Stubaital after an adventurous hike. Apartment "Nockspitze" Comfort in our well-kept, rustically furnished top floor apartment with anteroom, living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom/toilet. Enjoy the wonderful view of the Stubai mountains and especially of the Nockspitze, from which the apartment is named. The two-seater couch in the living room offers space for a third person (child). In the bedroom you have a clear view of the starry sky through two skylights. Parking is easily and securely possible right in front of Haus Sarah. Your children can really let off steam in the garden with tree house, sandpit, slide and swing.Your sports equipment can be stored in our heated ski room, which comes with ski and snowboard racks, boot dryer and glove holder. Sockets for charging your e-bike are available. Our laundry room is at your disposal at any time. The Stubaital offers a varied summer and winter program for the whole family. In summer you can explore the valley when hiking and climbing, paragliding and mountain biking. In winter you will enjoy pure skiing and sledding pleasures at the Elferlifte Neustift, Serlesbahnen Mieders, Schlick 2000 Fulpmes and the magnificent Stubai Glacier resorts.
