Our farm is located on a single site, with stunning views of the Hohe Tauern mountains. Our new, spacious apartments invite you to unwind. The rustic atmosphere of our beautiful castle vault, with pine furnished rooms will enchant you. On request, a 3-course dinner in the restaurant can be booked.

Relax and enjoy the warmth in our two outside "Sauna Barrels", our infrared-sauna for 4 persons or our classical Finnish sauna for 10 persons. 
Our relaxation room and terrace are fitted with sunloungers made out of massive natural wood and are directly nearby the outside Sauna facilities. 
The large picture window offers a great view of the "Hohe Tauern" National Park

Children may use the sauna with their parents.
Bathrobes can be rented for a fee (€ 5.- per stay and person)
Slippers can be purchased for € 3
A massage (classic, reflexology, meridian) is available to be booked on request (starting at € 35 for 50 minutes)
We heat up the Sauna beginning at 16:00 (please give notification in advance).
The wellness-area can also be reserved exclusively for an evening or afternoon. Children may use the sauna with their parents.

The panoramic terrace and lawn with the castle well offers many relaxing loungers. Enjoy warm barbecue evenings in our cosy wooden gazebo. Direct access to the bike trail network! We always welcome children on our farm:

* Large trampoline *Treehouse with rope bridge
* Many pedal tractors, vehicles and sand toys
* Petting animals such as goats and rabbits and dogs
* Children can ride on our horse, Simone
* Daily from 5 pm - the cows are driven to the barn, followed by feeding
* This is where the eggs for breakfast come from: Eggs are collected daily in the morning
* Bread baking with the children on request

* Parents can relax in a lounge chair or a hammock by the camp fire as the whole garden area is fenced and child safe. Our guests rave about the weekly hike to the Saalhof mountain pasture! Afterwards a refreshing swim in nearby Lake Zell is perfect! Our weekly barbecue at the beginning of the holiday week is a main attraction, offering parents and children alike, the opportunity to make new friends. Nearby attractions:
