The farm lies at an altitude of 1000 m on the southern side of the Stubaital in the midst of nature and the fascinating world of mountains and glaciers - the Stubaier Alps. It enjoys a quiet location close to the village.

We rent out skis and can also sign you up for the ski school. Rudi Span is a nationally qualified ski instructor, ski guide, cross country ski instructor and hiking guide and is the best person to inform and look after you.

The Schlick 2000 ski region is easy to reach in just a few minutes' walk. The Stubaier Glescherbahn glacier railway is 25 km away and easy to access by car or bus.

Centre of Fulpmes and Telfes - approx. 10 minutes' walk.

Bedclothes and towels are provided.

The Fulpmes-Telfes indoor/outdoor pool is free in summer.
