Situated in the heart of Tyrol, Kirchbichl is an ideal starting point for day trips to Innsbruck, Kitzbühel and the Zillertal valley. Our house, which is  over 100 years old, was renovated, tastefully furnished and is particularly suited for families. During the renovation we tried to restore and preserve the old and traditional.  
The house is located in the centre of Kirchbichl and as a townhouse it is an ideal starting point for mountain hikes, bike tours or simply to enjoy in the magnificent nature of Tyrol. The crystal-clear mountain lakes, some of which are even of drinking water quality, are particularly beautiful. If you want to stay close by, you can use the "Moorstrandbad" leisure centre, football pitch, playground, tennis court and volleyball court in the village of Kirchbichl. These are only a 5-minute walk from the townhouse. In winter, all winter sports, especially skiing, are possible everywhere in the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser / Brixental. The nearest ski lift is only a few minutes away by car. There are numerous public parking spaces in front of the house, these are free of charge. Opposite you will find a modern and regional supermarket. A traditional and very well-stocked household appliance store is also close by. Access for guests:
