hese holiday flats in the Seehaus, Strandhaus and Wiesenblick are equipped with a complete kitchen with electric cooker (oven), refrigerator, fully automatic coffee machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, kettle,
direct dial telephone, internet W-LAN, flat screen HD-TV and underfloor heating.
Bed linen, hand bath towels and tea towels are provided and exchanged on request.
Free guest washing machine is available, breakfast pastry service is offered.
Shower and WC are separate.
Your car is shaded in the newly built parking garage.
The lockable bicycle room, where prams and buggies can also be stored, is located at ground level in the multi-storey car park.
Our lift system takes you comfortably to your floor.
All holiday flats have a free view of the lake, also from the east and west side.
A large lawn for playing directly on the lake with table tennis table, deck chairs, seating such as benches, chairs, tables, parasols and play equipment such as children's slide with tower, swing set with two swings, rings and a rope ladder are available.
For our little guests there is a spacious shallow children's beach, a boathouse with jetty and bridge, where you can also sunbathe, is available to all house guests for free use.
7 rowing boats as well as 2 surfboards (without sails) but with paddles and 4 SUP are available to our guests for fun and games.
Moorings for your private boats are available.
Our house is very quiet and traffic-free.
Directly at the lake on a beautiful 5000m² property with lake shore and there is no road to cross between the house and the lake.

Family Gatternig Arrival and departure every day, check out until 10 am, check in from 14 pm.
From 03.07. to 29.08. Arrival only on Saturday or Sunday.
Additional costs: tourist tax.
Final cleaning free of charge from a stay of 6 days.

To the food supermarket/bank/restaurants/boat pier every 5 minutes on foot.
No road between house and beach.
