Our House is a one-family home with one apartment on the 1st floor.  It is located in a quiet, sunny neighbourhood with a gorgious view of the mountains around Unken. Only 50 meters away, there's a skibus travelling into our nearest skiing area Heutal twice a day. So you can leave your car at home and are not at risk in snowy conditions.  Furthermore there's a slope for cross country skiing, a swimming bath and paths for bycicling and hiking close by.  Our guests love the proximity to scenic and cultural towns as Bad Reichenhall (15 min) and Salzburg (30 min) as well as the close distance to our neighbour towns Lofer(10 min), St. Martin (15 min) or Waidring (15 min).  If you plan to spend your holiday in the Pinzgau region, we would love to welcome you at House Niederberger.
