The Rosmarie guesthouse is situated in a quiet and idyllic location in the hamlet of Neder, only 2 km away from the centre of Neustift in the Stubaital, which is easily accessible on foot via the Wiesenweg within in 15 minutes or in just 5 minutes by car. Relax and feel good – this is what we offer in our loving and family-run Rosmarie guesthouse. The Schlick 2000 and Elferlifte skiing areas are just 5-10 minutes away by car and the Pinnistal sled run ends right outside our Rosmarie guesthouse. The Stubai Glacier can be reached after 30 minutes and the free ski bus stops 150 metres away. The landscaped Kampl Lake with volleyball courts and a large playground can be reached within 10 minutes. Only 5 minutes away from the Rosmarie guesthouse you will find a pizzeria and an inn. Our three new apartments and two cosy comfort rooms are held in a modern Tyrolean style and offer plenty of space for a relaxing holiday. Every apartment in our Rosmarie guesthouse comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a cosy sitting area, large bedroom and bathroom with shower or bathtub. All rooms and apartments have a wonderful, sun-drenched balcony with views of the Stubai Alps. A cot and highchair can be provided on request and you can, of course, use our wireless internet for free. Our comfort room guests enjoy a rich breakfast buffet every morning. Guests of the apartment can either opt for the breakfast buffet or have fresh rolls delivered to their apartment in the morning. You can also relax in our garden with sun terrace and lawn, and our sauna with rest area and tea bar ensures pure relaxation after an active day. Kids can play on the playground with swings, trampoline and sandpit and in the playing room. Table tennis is available at the Rosmarie guesthouse as well. Use our heated ski room with boot dryer and waxing equipment to store your sports gear. The multi-faceted Stubaital offers secure snow conditions and many family-friendly skiing resorts such as the Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, Serlesbahnen in Mieders and the Elferlifte in Neustift.
