Welcome to the Leitgeb guesthouse in Telfes in the Stubaital, where we focus on tradition and cosiness. Here, with us you will feel at home right away. Our guesthouse is situated right above the centre of Telfes, in a quiet, and sunny hillside location. The village centre with grocery store, sports shop, a bus stop as well as the restaurant in the STUBAY leisure paradise, can be reached on foot within a few minutes only. In summer, our guesthouse is an ideal starting point for all sports activities. On the one hand, the tranquil village of Telfes offers relaxation and fresh mountain air away from everyday stress, on the other, it serves as a central starting point for exciting mountain, hiking and mountain biking tours in the Stubai Alps. For tips on day-trips or excursions, please approach your host Anna who is happy to actively support you. In summer, you will benefit from the free advantages of Stubai Super Card that guests receive right upon arrival at our house and that is included in our prices in summer. With its altitude of over 1,000 metres, Telfes is an ideal starting point for all kinds of winter activities and offers skiing fun in the nearby skiing resort with snow guarantee just minutes away - snow pleasures for adults and young adventurers. The nearby ski areas of Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, Serles and Elferlifte can all be reached with the free ski bus. A romantic ride with the Stubaitalbahn takes you to Innsbruck via Telfer Wiesn, where you can enjoy great views of the Olympic city and the fascinating mountains in the Stubaital. Even in bad weather, cultural excursions or extended shopping sprees are on offer in the greater Innsbruck area, including museum visits or tours of the Tyrolean capital’s highlights. Those after a little more action, can really unwind in Tyrol’s largest high-wire garden in Fulpmes that offers 130 exercises across 13 courses. As a bad weather alternative, after an eventful day or just to cool off in summer, the new STUBAY sauna and pool paradise invites you to relax. Just 10 minutes away on foot, grown-up and smaller water enthusiasts will find perfect conditions for invigorating relaxation and swimming fun there. The Leitgeb guesthouse in Telfes welcomes you with a fully equipped and newly renovated spacious 80 square metre apartment for 2-5 people. Bringing pets is unfortunately not possible. A large kitchen with dining table, corner bench, a relax chair and a TV with satellite system invites you to cook together and spend sociable hours. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. Toilet and shower are separated, laundry facilities can be found in each of the two bedrooms. The apartment is ideal for families with children and for couples seeking relaxation, even for snorers - thanks to the two separate bedrooms. From the balcony, you can enjoy breath-taking, unblocked views across the entire valley, all the way to the Stubai Glacier and can end your day in a relaxing atmosphere with a glass of wine.
