Our house is situated quiet and sunny at the edge of the center from Ellmau. In about 10 minutes by foot you can reach the center of Ellmau with all its shops and restaurants. Also you can reach in 10 minutes by foot the 27-hole golf course "Wilder Kaiser" and the 9-hole golf course "Kaisergolf". In about 7 minutes by foot you can find the gondola up to the skiarea "SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental". In the summer there is up on the mountain "Ellmis magical world" espially for familys and many hiking tracks with panoramic view.
Our house is an ideal starting point for many activities like skiing, hiking, cross country, biking, golf or swimming.
