The house in which the apartment is located was built in 2013, it is on the ground floor and has an own terrace with garden. There is a carport in front of the house, which can be used. The bus stop is only a 40-meter walk away. Cycle tracks and hiking path are in walking distance and therefore the apartment is an ideal starting point for any hiking and bicycle tours in the summer. The ski lift areas of Buchensteinwand, Steinplatte (Waidring) + Fieberbrunn (Saalbach-Hinterglemm) are easy to reach by car and bus (5 - 15 min.), and are opened in winter and summer. In the winter there is a cross – country trail close by.   Wifi- free, pets € 5.-/day, final cleaning with pet + € 10.-  In Winter Therme are 2 cross-country tickets available for our guests free of charge. In summer upon request one guided hike.
