Welcome to the Oberanger guesthouse in Kaltenbach! Spend unforgettable skiing holidays together with friends or your summer vacation with children. The Oberanger guesthouse is located on the outskirts of Kaltenbach, at the heart of the First Holiday Region in the Zillertal. The generous space around our house invites you to spend a relaxed and recreating vacation surrounded by nature. The free ski bus stops just 5 minutes away from our guesthouse and takes you to the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen skiing resort that is only 800m away. After a 10-minute walk, you will reach the centre of Kaltenbach, where you will find several shops and restaurants. Pure vacation across 100m² is on offer with the apartment for up to 7 people in the Oberanger guesthouse. Ample space on the first floor can be found here allowing you to fully enjoy your holidays with friends or family. Three bright bedrooms, with shower, toilet and satellite TV will serve as your personal retreat in your vacation. Thanks to the kitchen that is equipped with stove, oven and dishwasher, you can pamper your loved ones with delicious treats. The large living room with couch and TV, as well as the south facing balcony allow you to comfortably enjoy evenings. To start the day well, we offer you a sandwich service and farm products from the adjacent Oberangerhof. There you can experience a typical day on the farm and can get to know the numerous duck, geese, chickens, rabbits, horses and a pony when spending your summer holidays with children. Both beginners and professionals will get their money’s worth during their winter holidays in the First Holiday Region in the Zillertal. The nearby Hochzillertal-Hochfügen skiing resort offers more than 89 km of pure piste fun in your skiing holidays with family or friends. After an exciting skiing day, we recommend a visit of a genuine Tyrolean mountain lodge where you can experience the great atmosphere in one of the numerous après-ski bars. In our heated ski storage room can then hang your wet gear to dry. Enjoy the summer on the large lawn in front of the Oberanger guesthouse having on the playground with your kids or a barbecue night with friends. When hiking with your family or friends you can explore the diversity of the Fügen-Kaltenbach holiday region. Holiday feeling is also guaranteed on the mountain bike and when exploring the valley on bicycles together with your children.
