Our Kostenzer apartments are approx. 10 minutes away from the centre of Fügen on foot and approx. 50m from the valley station of the Spieljochbahn as well as the Hochfügen - Hochzillertal bus stop.

Spend the most beautiful time of the year in one of our six generously designed holiday apartments for 2 to 4 people at Kostenzer apartment house. The holiday apartments all come with bedrooms and/or living/bedrooms, kitchenette with dining area, shower/WC, telephone, satellite TV, Wifi and terrace or balcony. Bed linen available. Erste Ferienregion Zillertal offers a versatile activity programme, both in winter and summer! Numerous hiking paths and cycle trails can easily be reached from Fügen. Therme Fügen with leisure pools and spa area ensures fun and relaxation. Bio sauna, Finnish sauna guarantee recreation after an active day.

In winter, Erste Ferienregion Zillertal particularly inspires skiers. The valley station of the Spieljochbahn (21,1 kilometers of slopes) and the Hochfügen - Hochzillertal (90,7 kilometers of slopes) bus stop are in direct proximity. Our ski school with ski rental business is integrated in the house and as guests of ours you, of course, receive a special discount.

Skiing with children is a real joy here! The training hill for kids is right behind our guetshouse. In Hochfügen and next to the Spieljochbahn there are even day care facilities for the smallest ones. Skiing with children truly is child’s play here!
