Our little house, furnished for 2 to 4 persons, is situated in a quiet garden yet also central, in the middle of the Kitzbüheler Alpen. The village centre with shops, restaurants and recreational activities is just a few minutes away. In the small garden there’s a roofed-terrace with sun-bathing loungers available! A short 10-minute walk takes you to Kirchberg’s bathing lake! Opposite our house the Arena365 is to be found with an indoor-archery, bowling alley and fitness centre! For hiking, cycling and mountain bike tours, as well as walks and excursions, Appartement Hofwimmer is the ideal departure point. In Winter the ski bus, which stops just 40m away, takes you directly to access the Kitzbühel/Kirchberg ski area, also connecting to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. The ski slope ends approx. 100m behind the house while the magnificent cross-country ski trails and Winter hiking paths run directly past the front door! Free WiFi! Non-smoking house! No animals!
